About GallerySoft

GallerySoft fine art gallery management software was developed in response to a recognized need in the art gallery industry for a specialized system that could provide the information needed to operate professionally. The initial impetus was from a Gallery Director who knew what was needed to operate the gallery efficiently but who did not have the necessary programming experience.

The program has been developed by Moe Lamothe. Moe’s programming experience dates from the early years of computing (1967) to more recent years where he developed an extensive control and management program that was used to manage another company he owned. GallerySoft is tested by the GallerySoft Team and serving fine art galleries across North America since 1998.

The initial testing of this software was conducted at the Bau-Xi Galleries in Toronto, ON Canada and Vancouver, BC Canada and at Michael Gibson Gallery in London, ON Canada under day-to-day operating conditions in professional galleries. The GallerySoft Server version is designed to operate in both the Windows and MAC environments. Although GallerySoft is easy to learn and use, the GallerySoft Team is always available to answer your questions and provide support.
