Inventory is displayed by artist and/or
category, by availability, and by inventory ID number or by
title.

All pertinent details about an item are
displayed on this screen and are available at a glance (with no
further work by you). Sensitive information such as profit and
costs can be hidden by clicking on the HIDE field.

Lots of drop down boxes to
select common information like medium, art type, condition,
sub-location, etc. to minimize data entry errors.

Multiple
digital images
of the work can be displayed and can be selected
from your hard drive and digital cameras with a USB connection. Images can be manipulated
(cropped, rotated, adjusted - contrast/brightness/sharpness, etc) directly
from here.

All
provenance information such as
dates
of transactions, transaction numbers, types of transactions, new owners and/or locations of
works is generated automatically as transactions are processed and is displayed
in a neat, easy-to-read table at the bottom of the screen. Provenance
reports can also be printed from here.

Notes
can be added as required to keep track of when inventory was displayed on
your website, when an item was featured in an exhibition or in a
publication, new or older values of the item, conservation charges, as
well as any other information you care to keep about the item for
historical purposes.

Dimension conversion
chart which automatically converts dimensions from one unit to another.

Specify profit margins and keep
track of additional charges associated with each inventory item.
Charges can be divided and/or allocated to an artist and/or a gallery
right from this screen!

Custom frames can also be added to an item in the inventory screen -
prices will be adjusted automatically to include the price of the
frame. The item can then be sold either with or without the frame at the
time of transaction.
