Software Support
With GallerySoft, we offer voice or email, real-time support! We
will demonstrate to you remotely the steps you need to
take to do a certain task. With GallerySoft, training
and help is
included. Your entire staff can watch the training session - a very valuable tool!
There is a charge for support of older
versions of GallerySoft - see Pricing page. There are charges to provide copies of the program and repair of your data. Each
incident will be charged separately. Note: V1 requires an update to
V2 before support can be provided.
Support is available Monday through
Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (Canada and US, GMT -
05:00), and may be available on Saturdays with an appointment.
Data Conversion
We make the transition from your current database or spreadsheet to GallerySoft
smooth and convenient to save you
hours of data entry time by converting your data for you!
We will discuss your present data structure and determine the most
cost-effective way to accomplish the conversion. When the conversion
is complete, you are ready to start invoicing, tracking clients, and
maintaining inventory in GallerySoft with all of your
existing data. The GallerySoft Team is able to
import almost any existing data from a database, spreadsheet, or
