Software Support
With GallerySoft, we offer online, real-time support! We can demonstrate to you remotely, on your computer, the steps you need to take to do a certain task or watch what you're doing to determine what needs to be corrected. Remember that with GallerySoft, training and help is included. This means that your entire staff could gather around the computer and watch the training session - a very valuable tool!
Support is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (Canada and US, GMT - 05:00), and may be available on Saturdays.
Data Conversion
We can make the transition from your current database to GallerySoft smooth and convenient. That's why we're offering to save you hours of data entry time by converting your data for you!
As part of our service, we will discuss your present data structure and determine the most cost-effective way to accomplish the conversion. When the conversion is done, you will be ready to start invoicing, tracking clients, and maintaining inventory in GallerySoft with all of your existing data. The GallerySoft Team are able to import almost any existing data from a database, spreadsheet, or other similar format. Please contact us to discuss your conversion needs.
There is a minimum charge of $250 US for conversion of data. Additional charges may apply.
