Software Support
With GallerySoft, we offer voice or email, real-time support! We will demonstrate to you remotely, from our computer, the steps you need to take to do a certain task or we can watch what you're doing to determine where you need help. With GallerySoft, training and help is included. Your entire staff could gather around the computer and watch the training session - a very valuable tool!
Support is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (Canada and US, GMT - 05:00), and may be available on Saturdays with an appointment.
Data Conversion
We make the transition from your current database or spreadshhet to GallerySoft smooth and convenient to save you hours of data entry time by converting your data for you!
We will discuss your present data structure and determine the most cost-effective way to accomplish the conversion. When the conversion is complete, you are ready to start invoicing, tracking clients, and maintaining inventory in GallerySoft with all of your existing data. The GallerySoft Team is able to import almost any existing data from a database, spreadsheet, or other similar format. Please contact us to discuss your conversion needs.
There is a minimum charge of $250 for conversion of each data type. Additional charges may apply.
